Walking among the fjords of Norway offers visitors unique landscapes most beautiful in the world, rugged mountains to waterfalls immense. We take a look at some of the best places to go hiking in Norway for fantastic views of the fjords.
Bergen
Vessels Cruising often begin their journey from the fjords of Norway from this bustling port. Nestled between towering mountains, the city is famous for its fish market that sells not only raw oysters, but also memories of holidays and vegetables. Next to the Fish Market, you'll see Dyvekegangen which is closest to the street in Norway only 99 cm wide. Walking down the street closest to Norway in May does not seem a particular perspective pleasant, especially for claustrophobic of you. However, the Dyvekegangen is home to the basement of the popular Dyveke Victorianesque a building that is really Drive.
Also located in the center of Bergen is the stone Witch, where 350 women accused of witchcraft were burned the stake from 1550 to 1700. Equally horrible is the dungeon of the Rosencrantz Tower which was used from 1400 to 1800.
Voss
The City Voss is one of the best places for hiking in Norway, with an abundance of lakes and mountains. It is also the gateway to the Sognefjord breathtaking, making it one of the best places to spend a couple of days before proceeding to visit this natural wonder. While the town of Voss may be incredibly picturesque for operation in Norway, it is also ideal for taking part in a number of adventure sports. Skiing, water sports and paragliding are all common in this area and the festival of extreme sports, Ekstremsportveko, held annually in June
When all the sports that the area has to offer you spent, it is time to take a break from walking in Norway and along the scenic railway that runs from Bergen to Flam. Reductions in rail in the side on the mountain and descends 865m in 13 miles on the shores of Aurlandsfjord. Aurlandsfjord may be experienced by boat and kayak and mountains are ideal for Hiking in Norway's Scenic landscapes.
Sognefjord
Sognefjord Fjord is the most dramatic of Norway and the area is sure to be the highlight of your vacation hiking in Norway. The fjord is not only the largest in Norway, but also the second largest in the world, stretching over 200km inland to the National Parks and Jotenheimen Jostedalsbreen. Both parks are equally attractive, and both deserve a visit while walking while on vacation in Norway. Jotunheimen, "The Giant's House", contains the highest mountain in Norway, Galdhøpiggen and peaks of all countries over 2300m. Meanwhile Jostedalsbreen craggy mountain peaks and green grass make the park ideal for hiking, but the region is interesting both by boat because it houses the largest glacier in continental Europe. If glaciers are something that fascinates you especially for your holidays in march Norway, then you may even want to join a walking tour of the glacier and enjoy a thrilling ride with a guide experience on the ice of glaciers blue.
