When your baby starts to walk, how many dangers multiply and parents should pay more attention. Shelves become dangerous and table Knick knacks become the object of insatiable curiosity. Even the tablecloths can be dangerous. Yes, a simple water can wreak havoc when involuntary toddler is involved. Here is a checklist for parents to follow and implement them before your baby becomes a child works:
1. Use bolts or screws for attaching the wall shelves. If a toddler loves to climb, it is one of the many types of furniture, they are very likely mount, pull down or fall of. There are also belts, anti-tip kits and anti-tip devices that secure your bookshelves to walls to keep your toddler safe. In fact, always make sure that you have a list of emergency numbers readable side of each phone in the house. Take the time to program these numbers into your phone Mobile.
5. Beware of small objects on the counters like coins and paperclips. A toddler can reach all these items and there is a high probability they at least put them in their mouths and worse, swallow. Clearly, there is a strong probability that this will be the child to stifle. It only takes a few minutes to watch your countertops and remove these objects, small dangerous.
6. Keep electrical appliances, knives and glassware up and away from your toddler. A small child, you will be seduced anything that looks promising and bright. These items must be enclosed in cabinets and furniture should be very high and they really need to be locked. When a baby becomes a child of closing doors in cupboards and drawers below are safer. A small child will attempt to open the lower cabinet if given the opportunity. All cleaning supplies should be maintained and locked to ensure that the toddler can not reach them. Never leave cleaning supplies and absolutely never, never leave open. It's just asking for trouble.
7. Cover all sharp edges on furniture. Toddlers are not so agile or coordinated, they wobble when they walk. It is not unusual for a small child banging his head or other body parts on the corners of coffee tables, other tables, cabinets, feet table and a simple list countless pieces of furniture and parts.
8. If you do not have a garbage disposal and a trash can is course, conceal or keep secure on the outside. Babies and toddlers have an insatiable curiosity and a child can achieve in and to remove, inspect and may swallow small objects or objects toxic. I am not exaggerating.
