First Years Simple

You exit the way you do something nice for someone and the only thing you expect in return is to hear the person who utters these 2 simple words "Thank You". I like being able to offer my assistance to others and I never do anything without expecting anything in return, but you would be nice just to hear those 2 simple words from time to time. Unfortunately, I hear that perhaps 1 in 10 things I do.

You fill a job application online or if you make a purchase online and in your mailbox a few minutes later you receive an email from Nice thank you. Why the only thing automated? I do many things for others, whether a certain type of research online, or pick something up while I'm at the store like what I did this weekend my oldest son when I saved several hundred dollars and have leads to southern Florida. I expected to at least pay me for gas and there for gas on my way back but in the end I did not heard the 2 words that I expected to hear more he gave me no money to buy gas for the return.

My other son was looking on how he could make money without having to go Out and get a job. I gave the idea a few months ago to have a Software designed that there is a market demand for. I also introduced him to the person who will become his business partner also have because of my personal experience with different marketing methods to indicate which work best. Finally, the views that I done on some forums has begun to bear fruit, but all my son said to me was that he had visited the same forums some time and sales, it became now were probably the result of his previous visits to these forums. I never heard him again: "Thanks, Dad."

A friend in Florida trying to take over the software product and I have done my part to make a lot of research for him, more present to many people, but all I heard from him was "Jeff, I'm in the fifties and very smart when it comes to business I do not need all your help "Well, if he had my help then maybe he would not now more than 75,000 $ Invested and still not know everything there is on the software. A smart business person would not invest money into a business without obtaining First of all writing.

Another customer has just bought a copy of my youngest son buddypromoter software and I was the one who had e-mail client to download instructions. During the conversation, my son asked me to pay him $ 75 that I owed him on his card credit that he would have money this weekend that the money from its sales will not go to his account until next week. Funny, a year ago, when my son was $ 300 short on the money he owed to his car where he went for the money. Yet I never received that money from him, but he continues to say that I owe him money. No. 2 words for the money I loaned him at the time or even the email I have sent to the buyer.

Amazing how it all works. Think over the past 20 years, I can cite hundreds of things I do for others but a few of them I never thanked. Now I can not say that everyone is like that because I met people who go out of there way just to say these 2 words or at least drop me a note or something.

I remember there was a dozen years, I helped a friend that I grew bringing with him my work and education that I did. I even went to pay him a salary while was learning this stuff, the more I gave him a place to live. He now make 6 or 7 figures a year, but not once has he ever said that these 2 words to me or even nothing to show his appreciation. Another of my childhood friends when he was fired from his job with AT & T I would have bought a computer with a very expensive software because in school he was the first person to get me in computers and I always thought one day he would become a great programmer. I sent him this computer and software for XMas few years ago, but the only thing I've never heard of him was that he needed to upgrade some things on the computer I gave him. Nothing else.

I do not do these things expecting any sort of compensation from others that I do because I can. When nobody takes the time to send me thank you card or send me a line, it means a lot. Have you ever thought about all the small things in life we take for granted on a daily basis?

This debut revolutionized hip-hop (and launched half a dozen solo careers), as much for The RZA's raw barrage of off-kilter, off-key loops and sound effects as for its elliptically violent lyrics. Martial arts--at least as they appear in kung fu movies--are the Wu-Tang Clan's favorite metaphor, but they're also the organizing principle of the group, a crowd of eight rappers, each with his own way-out-there "fighting style...
